During the application procedure you have to confirm that the e-mail address that has been chosen is yours respectively that the owner of the e-mail address agrees with receiving the newsletter. No more data are collected. These data are used for sending the newsletter and they are not given to third parties. No more data are gathered. You can withdraw your consent to store the data, e-mail address as well as its use for sending the newsletter at any time. To do this, you can either send an e-mail to email@example.com or click on the respective link in the newsletter.

Collecting data and processing data
On these websites, anonymous data are gathered and stored with the help of the web analysis tool Piwik. This is exclusively for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website. Specific individuals cannot be traced back to data, which have been gathered through Piwik, data cannot be used to track down your actions on the websites or to adjust the content on our websites to your user profile. These data are not merged with other personal data.
Data that are logged automatically by the web server – in order to register all page views for error analysis and server security – also comprise the IP addresses. The IP addresses are stored for a limited period of time that is regarded as suitable for this purpose. Apart from the IP addresses and the page views no more personal data are collected. Further and special programming which connect the IP addresses with other data-like e-mail and addresses are not used.
